Applies to every Amanorsac Studio app and plugin
When you buy a product, Amanorsac Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it. The licence does not expire. Updates released during your included update period are part of it, and a version you already have keeps working after that period ends.
Unless the product page says otherwise, one licence key activates two computers at a time. Both may be yours, or one yours and one a studio machine you work on. You may deactivate a machine from inside the product or from My Apps at any time, which frees the slot immediately.
Sound libraries are licensed, not sold. You may use the audio a product makes in your own music, commercially, with no further payment and no credit required. You may not extract the underlying recordings and distribute them as sounds.
Licensed products check a key against our server the first time, and quietly now and then afterwards. Between checks they work offline, for at least thirty days at a stretch. We do not require an always-on connection, and we do not use a dongle.
The licence ends if you break the terms in 1.3. If that happens, stop using the software and remove it. We may deactivate a key that we can show has been shared publicly or used fraudulently.
The software is provided as it is. We test it, we care about it, and we still cannot promise it is free of faults or that it will suit a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Amanorsac Studio is not liable for lost work, lost recordings, lost income or any indirect loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product.
Keep backups. Do not put an unfamiliar plugin in front of an audience without rehearsing with it first. That is true of all software, not only ours.
This agreement is governed by the law of the place where Amanorsac Studio is established, and any dispute will be heard by the courts of that place. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.
Buying, accounts and support
Amanorsac Studio is the trading name of Studio Amanorsac, a sole proprietorship owned by Stephen Amanor Sackey and registered in Ghana under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1962 (Act 151), registration number BN805241021, registered 13 October 2021. Its principal activity is music production: recording, mixing and mastering, and the music software sold on this site.

You need an account to buy anything, to find your licence keys and to download through Amanorsac Hub. Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has it.
Payments are taken by Stripe, and in Ghana by Paystack or MTN Mobile Money. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Where a product is sold as pay what you want, what you pay is what you chose, within the range shown at checkout.
Downloadable software cannot be returned in the way a physical thing can, so we do not offer a no-questions refund window. What we do offer is this: if a product does not work on a system it says it supports, and we cannot fix it for you, we refund it. Write to hello@amanorsac.studio within thirty days of buying, tell us what happened, and you will get a straight answer rather than a form.
If the law where you live gives you a stronger right to a refund, that right applies and this clause does not reduce it.
We aim to keep downloads and activation working. We do not promise either is available without interruption, and we may take a product off sale at any time. If a product you have bought is withdrawn, your licence still works and you can still download it from My Apps.
Support is by email, from a person, at hello@amanorsac.studio. There is no support subscription, and there never will be one.
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page says when they last changed, and a change never applies backwards to a purchase you already made.
The store carries packs made by independent creators as well as the studio's own work. Creators promise, when they upload, that they own or have cleared everything in a pack. We do not review every file, so if you believe something on amanorsac.studio copies your work without permission, tell us and we will act on it.

For us to act on it, a notice needs to say: which work of yours you believe is copied; the address of the page or file on this site that copies it; how to reach you; that you believe in good faith the use is not permitted by the copyright owner, their agent or the law; that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or may act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
When a complete notice arrives we take the material down or disable access to it promptly, and we tell the creator who uploaded it. The creator may send a counter-notice to the same address with the same details and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake; if they do, we pass it to you, and unless you tell us within ten business days that you have asked a court to stop them, the material may go back up. A creator who infringes more than once loses their store account.
Nothing here is legal advice. A knowingly false notice or counter-notice can make the sender liable for the costs it causes.
If the studio accepts your application at amanorsac.studio/affiliates, you get a code and a link. These are the terms, and applying means you agree to them. An application includes a link to one video you made of one of the studio's existing products; by sending it you confirm the video is yours and that the studio may watch it and, if you are approved, share it with a credit to you.
What you earn. A commission, 20% unless your approval email says otherwise, on the amount a buyer actually pays for an app or plug-in after using your code or arriving through your link in the previous thirty days. The buyer's discount is 10% unless your approval email says otherwise. Commission is earned in the currency the buyer paid in. A sale earns commission for one affiliate: the last code or link used. Your own purchases, and purchases on an account you control, earn nothing. Store packs made by other creators, mixing services and custom software are not part of the programme.
Your licences. While your account is approved, the studio grants you a licence to every app and plug-in in the store, 90 days at a time, renewed automatically. These licences are for showing and using the apps, not for resale; they end on their date once you leave the programme or it is ended, and anything you bought separately is unaffected. Purchases on your own account earn no commission.
When you are paid. An earning clears fourteen days after the sale. Cleared earnings are paid once a month, by PayPal or MTN MoMo to the details on your dashboard, once they reach $25 or the equivalent. A refunded sale is taken off what you are owed, or off the next payout if it was already paid. You are responsible for any tax on what you receive; the studio does not withhold it and may ask for a tax form where the law requires one.
What you must do. Say clearly, wherever you share the code or the link, that it is an affiliate link and that you earn a commission, in the way the FTC's endorsement guides and the platform you post on require. Describe the apps truthfully, using the studio's own pages and videos if you like. Keep the code to your own audience.
What you must not do. Post the code on coupon or deal sites; run paid search or social ads on the studio's name or product names; send unsolicited messages with the link; buy through your own code; use the studio's name in a way that suggests you are the studio; or use the link anywhere unlawful or hateful. Any of these ends your participation and forfeits unpaid earnings from the sales involved.
Ending it. Either of us can end your participation at any time; earnings already cleared are still paid. The studio may change these terms or the rates with thirty days' notice by email, and may end the programme the same way. You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent or partner of the studio, and you cannot make promises on its behalf.
Nothing is shipped. Everything sold here is delivered over the internet, and there is no delivery charge.
Software. When a card payment goes through, the licence is placed on your account at once: the key is in My Apps and the download is offered there, on the app's own page, and in Amanorsac Hub. A payment by MTN Mobile Money is confirmed by a person; send the screenshot on WhatsApp and your code arrives the same day, usually within the hour. A pack bought from the Store is in your library the moment the payment is confirmed.
Mixing, mastering and other services. Finished files are delivered by a download link to the email you booked with, within the time agreed when the job was booked. Revisions follow the same route.
If a download will not start, or a key has not arrived within a day of paying, write to hello@amanorsac.studio with the email you paid with and we put it right.
Where an app's page offers it, you can try the full app for seven days for $1, or the amount in your currency shown before you pay.
What you get. The full app on one computer for seven days from the moment the payment goes through. The licence works offline like any other, but it stops at the end of the seventh day whether the computer is online or not. Files you saved with it stay on your computer.
Nothing renews. We do not keep your card and nothing is charged again. When the seven days end, the app stops until you buy it. The trial price is not taken off the full price.
One trial per person. Each app has one trial per person. We count that by account, by email address, by the card or mobile money wallet that paid, and by computer. A trial that would be a second one is refused and the payment is refunded automatically. It can take a few days to show.
Buying it. Buy the app at any time, during the trial or after it, and the same licence key becomes the full licence, for two computers, with nothing to reinstall.
Refunds and disputes. If the trial payment is refunded or disputed, the trial ends at once. We may stop offering trials, or change their price or length, at any time. A trial that has already started keeps its seven days.
What is stored, why, and for how long
The privacy policy is a document of its own, because it is the one the app stores ask for by address and it needs to answer at that address on its own. It covers what the website records, what each app and plug-in sends and does not send, the four companies involved and what each is allowed to do, how long anything is kept, and how to have all of it deleted.
