Directing from the keys
A music director decides what a room sounds like before anyone plays a note. I do that from behind a piano, not a clipboard.

Weekly services for a congregation that sings in several languages. I choose and arrange the music, rehearse the team, play keys in the service, and own the broadcast chain end to end.

Teaching
For worship players who cannot read music
Most volunteers wait to be taught theory they will never use on a Sunday. I teach it the other way round.
One key, properly
We start in F and stay there. Play in one key before surviving in twelve.
